Calgary City Council to Vote on Proposal to Rezone Residential Areas

City council will vote tomorrow on allowing Calgarians to directly vote on rezoning all residential areas for row houses and townhomes. The motion was moved up the agenda by the Mayor and some councillors. If approved, the proposal would permit building row houses and townhomes in areas zoned for single-family houses.
