Calgary's detached home prices rose 8.1% year-over-year to $753,900, according to the Calgary Real Estate Board. High River saw the highest increase at 9.4%, reaching $565,400. Okotoks and Canmore both experienced a 7.3% rise, with benchmark prices of $698,500 and $1,632,400, respectively. Sales in October reached 2,174, 24% above long-term trends, but supply remains tight, especially for homes under $700,000, which have less than two months of supply.
